Index Filters

Index Filters 

Used to restrict users to a subset of documents within the specified cabinet.

To use Index Filters they must be enabled in Group Permissions before they can be configured.

To configure Index Filters select Set Index Filters under the Management menu in Cabinet Permissions.

Select the Cabinet Index field, then the Filter Type and Enter the desired Filter Value.

In the example below users in this group would only be able to see documents with the Vendor Name equal to "Bob's Auto Parts" or "Jerry's Auto Repair" 

The Logic Type field allows for configuration of multiple filters or combinations to be configured with an "AND" or an "OR" operator.
