The User Profiles menu is where the Vaultview user profiles are configured and managed.
User Profiles lists all currently configured user profiles.

Add User Profile
To Add a new user profile click the Add button. .png)
Add User Profile Form
- User Role - Select the desired User Role from the user role drop down menu.
- Login ID - Enter the Login ID (username)
- Name - Enter the users name in the Name field.
- Email - Enter the user email address.
- Password / Confirm Password - Enter a temporary password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. (Users will be prompted to reset at first login.)
- Password Expiration - select desired expiration period
- Comments - optional description / notes
- Email Alert - optional (This is a Vaultview Add-on, for inquires please contact your Vaultview Sales Representative.)
- Alert Day - alerting period for Email Alert
- Use Custom Email Settings
- Vaultview uses SMTP2GO by default to send email from the email address associated with your Vaultview User Profile. In some instances you may want to configure Vaultview to send through your organizations mail server.
- This setting is also configurable by the individual user under the User Email Settings.
Click Add when complete. Repeat to add additional user profiles.

User Management
The Management menu allows you to edit the individual user profiles to change their group assignments, lock or unlock the user profile, reset password and delete unused accounts.

To modify the user profile select Edit from the Management menu.
Make changes to the user profile and click Save.

To reset a user password select Change Password from the management menu.
Be sure to follow password complexity requirements when setting up a new password.

If you require the user to reset their own password at next login, check the Require Change Password check box.
Click Change Password when complete.
