Follow these steps to resolve the license verification issue.
Navigate to the main Capture Pro folder (your program file location may vary)
Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodak Alaris\Capture Pro\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodak\Capture Pro\
Locate and run the License Manager tool, KCSPLM.exe.
Select the Replace License tab, then click Replace Lost License.
Select Request License tab followed by Get License.
